Exchange and return policy
TM CLOSET does not accept the exchange or return of our products if they are in conformity with the specifications - and due to the nature of the product and the service provided, which is represented in design and detail. The product cannot be exchanged or returned except in the following cases:
- Customer receives a wrong order. (The value of the order will be refunded to the customer after shipping the wrong order to TM CLOSET and receiving it in its previous condition).
- Customer receiving an incomplete order. (The missing order will be delivered to the customer or the value of the missing product will be refunded).
- TM CLOSET accepts the exchange or return of our services and products in the event that they do not conform to the specifications and images attached to our social media accounts and on the website, or in the event of an error in delivery or an error in implementation that is not caused by the customer's negligence.
• The product replacement policy is based on the parts available in the stock
- A request for return or replacement is submitted in accordance with the previous paragraph within 24 hours from the date the customer receives the services or products, and the product is delivered to the shipping company within 3 working days.
• In the event that the amount is refunded to the customer, the value of the refunded freight will be deducted from the refunded amount
• Any modification to the displayed design (adding - removing - changing - another color) is the responsibility of the customer. Return or replacement is prohibited, and TM CLOSET does not bear any responsibility
• Shipping data is the responsibility of the customer TM CLOSET assumes no responsibility
