Order Policy:
TM CLOSET states that the order policy complies with:
• The order cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• The order processing time is from 10 to 15 working days (working days are from Saturday to Thursday, except Friday)
•The order period for immediate delivery is from 5 to 7 working days (working days are from Saturday to Thursday, except Friday)
• The return period is 7 days in the event that the agreed-upon product does not match or the error is not due to the customer’s negligence ( this occurs after receiving the wrong shipment ).
• The replacement period after receiving the replaced item , if there is availability in stock, is from 5 to 7 days (in the event that the agreed-upon product does not match or the error is not due to the customer’s negligence)
• The shipping price to the Gulf countries varies depending on the weight of the required shipment.
